I am constantly bombarded by medical/health information on media, on scientifical papers, during lectures and conferences. What people should eat, the amount of daily exercise, the best classic and alternative remedy for diseases…. And what about global health? What’s going on in Africa, South America and India? Health 360 ° is an attempt to answer few of these questions or simply a way to get oriented in this jungle of information. This is simply the way I am, and the way health and wellbeing interlace with my daily life and with the one of some of my friends….
